Xtreme PayRoll has an easy on eye Graphical User Interface, which is very simple to understand.  You need only basic computer knowledge to use Xtreme PayRoll. Besides, a Quick Start Guide bundled with the software makes things more easy.

Save Time

Enter your Employee Details once and Xtreme PayRoll uses this information while preparing monthly Pay Bills.  You only need to enter the number of leaves taken by each employee in the Monthly Data Form and the officiating and leave salaries will be calculated automatically.  After the initial data entry, it will take only seconds to calculate the pay of an employee each month.

Professional Reports

Xtreme PayRoll generates reports in the formats approved by the Accountant General of Kerala.  You can see a sample Pay Bill Statement (Form T.R.51) generated by Xtreme PayRoll here.  Besides the regular Pay Bill and Schedules, you can also generate other reports such as Salary Certificate, Last Pay Certificate, Employee Details, List of Employees, etc. Following 19 Reports are available in Xtreme PayRoll.

Xtreme PayRoll supports all printer types such as Dot Matrix Printers, Ink Jet Printers and Laser Printers. In Laser and Inkjet Printers, you can take high quality report printouts.

Powerful SQL

Xtreme PayRoll supports SQL queries and you can extract required data from the database easily.  You can also export the result of the queries to Microsoft Excel* with one click.

Export Reports to EMF*

With Xtreme PayRoll, you can export the reports to Enhanced Meta Format (EMF), which is one of the core display format of the Windows operating environment and the native graphics formats for MS Office applications. Vector graphics in EMF format can be scaled and it ensures high quality printouts.

Enhanced Security

In Xtreme PayRoll, you can password protect your PayRoll system from unauthorized access. It is impossible to break the 128 Bit Security Algorithm of Xtreme PayRoll.  For added security, the database itself is password protected.

Backup & Restore Database

With the Backup and Restore feature of Xtreme PayRoll, you no longer need to worry about data loss or system crash. 

Online Storage for Backups*

If you wish, you can ask for 3 Mb Web Space for storing your PayRoll backup. You will get an FTP Account for free to store your backup file and you can upload or download data at anytime.
