In the Order Form, there is a column for Product ID. What is this Product ID and how can I obtain it?
Product ID is a unique code assigned to Flash Player XP to prevent piracy. It is essential to make your Premium Edition Unlock Key. So, please correctly specify your Product ID in the Order Form. Run Flash Player XP, select Settings menu and go to About Tab to see your Product ID. Click here for a screenshot.
My Premium Unlock Key is not working in another computer.
The Premium Unlock Key issued is based on the Product ID submitted by you at the time of purchase and it will work only in the computer from which you obtained Product ID. For another computers, you have to obtain a new Unlock Key.
Can I distribute this software to my friends?
Of course. Feel free to distribute the Free Edition of the software to your friends, colleagues and whoever you like. But do not transfer the Installation Password. Please ask them to register the software through this Web Site to get their Installation Password. You are not permitted to transfer the Premium Edition Unlock Key. Failed to do so may result in the cancellation of license.
